The Realty Store took over our condominium management at ‘Regency Plaza’ in 2015. Our building was previously managed as an apartment building under a different property management company. which resulted in no federal reserve fund, no building maintenance and no common property updates. Over the past 10 years our building envelope has received a new roof and mansard, new balcony structures, new windows and balcony doors, new interior lighting, new rugs, improved air recovery system, boiler and electrical updates as well as security updates for building access. Their management team has worked closely with our board members and continuously provides us with numerous quotes for vendors, required repairs, and building upgrades. Their financial oversite of our building condominium fees; maintenance requirements and budget has allowed our federal reserve fund to be sufficient. I’m thankful for their dedication to investigating building issues, determine root causes for damages and assist residents throughout this process.
