The head of maintenance, Ken, is also great to work with. He is proactive with assessing maintenance that will need done for the properties and when something arises, he gets multiple bids from highly rated contractors to ensure I’m not overpaying. The book keeping is simple and transparent and they provide all the documents needed for tax season, or anything needed from my lenders. They’ve gone above and beyond assisting me in adding an additional suite and parking to one of my multi-family buildings, organizing everything required including plans and permits from the city.

I own properties throughout Canada and the US and work with 5-6 different management companies, and they are definitely my favourite to work with. Would 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for property management in the areas they service!

When vacant, these units are quickly rented and the clients are generally happy. They are carefully screened. Financial records are carefully kept and promptly provided each month. Tenant requests for service are promptly responded to, and services provided as quickly as needed. Maintenance and mechanical inspections are regularly carried out.
